Tim = time is money and sounds like team. Our goal is to change the way companies recruit employees - we are making the hr flow easier and efficient.
Tim.ai is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System that connects a traditional ATS dashboard with an automated voice interview agent built on ElevenLabs. Recruiters create jobs and custom interview stages, while candidates apply through a public web interface and complete asynchronous AI voice interviews whose scores are pushed into Tim.ai via secure REST webhooks. The system automatically updates candidate stages, applies pass/fail thresholds, and logs all actions so recruiters see a live, data-driven funnel instead of raw audio files.
The working prototype is end-to-end functional: authentication, recruiter dashboard, candidate flows, voice interview callbacks, auto-advance logic, and analytics all run on top of Supabase with real-time updates and row-level security. Technically, the project orchestrates multiple systems and modalities—browser UI, ElevenLabs voice agent, Supabase Edge Functions, and n8n webhooks—into a single workflow that feels like one coherent agent handling interviews, scoring, and pipeline movement.
Tim.ai is innovative because it turns what is usually a manual, noisy process (screening calls + scattered notes) into a structured, programmable agent that listens to candidates, scores them with LLM-powered logic, and directly manipulates ATS state. In the real world, this can compress early-stage hiring from weeks to days, reduce recruiter bias, and make high-volume hiring (support, sales, junior roles) dramatically more scalable.
